What Nightbell does

Nightbell gives your business a page with an assistant that answers your customers. It answers from what you give it: your website, your prices and your policies.

It can take a customer’s details, hold a time for you to confirm, and tell you by email, and by text if you turn texts on.

Your demo

A demo page is free. We build it from your public website, or from a call if you have no website, and a person checks it before we send you the link. Demo pages are kept out of search engines.

Prices and billing

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on nightbell.ai. Setup is $750, paid when you start. Your monthly plan starts the day your page goes live. It is billed monthly after that.

Founding prices are locked for your first twelve months. After that your plan moves to its standard price, and we tell you before it does.

Sales tax is added where it applies.

The setup refund

Your $750 setup is fully refundable until your setup call. Ask before the call and we refund all of it. Once the setup call has taken place, the setup fee is not refundable.

Cancelling

You can cancel your plan on 30 days’ notice by emailing hello@nightbell.ai. Your page stays live until the notice ends, and we charge nothing after it.

Your content and your customers

You own your business’s content and the details your customers leave on your page. You let us use them to run your page and its assistant.

You are responsible for what you give us being accurate, and for being allowed to share it.

What the assistant can and cannot do

The assistant answers from the information you give it, and says so when it does not know. It can still be wrong, so check what it tells your customers. It is not a substitute for professional advice.

When it cannot answer, your page offers a form that sends you the customer’s details.

Fair use

Each plan includes a number of conversations a month, shown with the plan. Do not use Nightbell to send spam, to deceive people, or for anything unlawful. We may pause a page that does.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Nightbell is provided as it is, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with its date, and email customers about any change that affects them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes are heard in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
